Overview:

The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in picking orders, material handling, inventory management, cycle counting, consolidations and ensuring accurate tracking of parts within the warehouse. This position requires a proactive individual who can move parts and materials efficiently to designated locations, assist with receiving shipments, and maintain an organized and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking and Packing:

Accurately pick and pack materials for customer orders according to specified instructions.
Ensure that all items are handled carefully and packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Verify product specifications and quantities before shipping.

Material Handling

Safely and efficiently move materials, parts, and products throughout the warehouse.
Load and unload shipments from trucks, containers, or pallets using appropriate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
Ensure parts and materials are stored in their designated locations for easy access and retrieval.

Inventory Management

Assist with inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and storage of materials, parts, and products.
Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Organize products based on size, weight, or type to maximize space and optimize workflows.

Cycle Counting

Perform routine cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
