About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems/Software Analyst Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript-based web technologies and PostgreSQL, along with experience maintaining and enhancing ERP systems. This role is critical in ensuring our systems remain stable, scalable, and efficient while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The company is undertaking a strategic Oracle NetSuite ERP reimplementation across the US and Mexico operations, with the possibility of onboarding a new subsidiary currently outside NetSuite. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting this initiative, contributing to configuration, customization, data migration, and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Systems Maintenance

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s ERP system (Oracle NetSuite), ensuring reliability, scalability, and data integrity.
  • Support and improve all existing business systems and internal applications (JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, NestJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and PostgreSQL).

Software Development

  • Develop new features and enhancements using modern web technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, NestJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and PostgreSQL.
  • Implement improvements to reports, forms, workflows, and existing functionalities across all platforms.
  • Create and optimize database-level solutions including queries, views, and stored procedures in PostgreSQ.

NetSuite ERP Implementation Support (US & Mexico)

  • Participate in the Oracle NetSuite reimplementation project covering US and Mexico subsidiaries, and potentially onboarding a new company into NetSuite.
  • Assist with ERP configuration, customization (SuiteScript 2.x), workflows, saved searches, reports, and analytics within NetSuite.
  • Support data migration planning and execution, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation across subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders during all implementation phases.
  • Help develop and test integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.

User Support & Documentation

  • Provide technical support and training to users across multiple regions, primarily in English.
  • Prepare and maintain technical and user documentation in both English and Spanish.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or Software Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development or ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks: ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, NextJS, NestJS, NodeJS.
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL databases (queries, optimization, stored procedures).
  • Experience with SQL Server (complex queries, triggers, stored procedures, functions).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (Advanced) and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong adaptability to changing priorities and technologies.
  • English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.

Desired Qualifications (Strongly Preferred)

Oracle NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience:
  • Hands-on experience participating in or leading Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation or reimplementation projects.
  • Experience with multi-subsidiary and multi-country NetSuite deployments (US, Mexico, Latin America).
  • Knowledge of NetSuite module configuration: Financials, Inventory, Order Management, CRM, or similar.
  • Experience with data migration strategies and tools for ERP go-live (CSV imports, SuiteScript-based migrations, third-party ETL tools).
  • Familiarity with NetSuite OneWorld for managing multiple subsidiaries, currencies, and tax regimes.
NetSuite Technical Skills:
  • SuiteScript 2.x development (User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, Restlet scripts).
  • Saved searches, reports, and analytics dashboards.
  • Workflows and SuiteFlow automations.
  • Integrations with third-party applications via RESTlets, SOAP Web Services, or SuiteTalk.
  • SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) for deployment and version control.

Note: Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation experience is strongly desired for this role. The company is actively reimplementing NetSuite across US and Mexico operations, with plans to onboard an additional subsidiary. Candidates with prior ERP implementation experience will be given priority consideration.
