SAP USA Truck & Auto Parts is looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our growing team. This individual will work closely with sales representatives and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, accurate data entry, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage order entry, processing, and follow-up using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Serve as a liaison between sales reps, customers, and operations
- Track and monitor order status, ensuring timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer records and communicate updates clearly
- Provide support on product availability, pricing, and general inquiries
- Create and manage Excel reports (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bilingual – English/Spanish (required)
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, sorting, reporting)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred, but not required)
- High attention to detail & ability to multitask
- Experience supporting sales or customer service teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
